GET READY FOR A BIG REVEAL!
As you read this excitement-filled post, I am on a plane headed to San Francisco. I am beyond thrilled – as I’m not sure there is a word that exists to describe my excitement – to be headed to Disney’s #RogueOneEvent!
This once-in-a-lifetime trip includes a visit to Skywalker Ranch and Lucasfilm Headquarters. Honestly, I can’t even believe I’m typing that sentence. This details of this trip have been embargoed for weeks and anyone that knows me KNOWS I’m horrible at secrets. But, I finally get to spill the beans!
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story And Star Wars Rebels
All Star Wars, all the time! Not only will I be previewing Rogue One and attending a press event at the home of Star Wars – the legendary Skywalker Ranch – but I’ll also be interviewing much of the film’s cast!
See? Han Solo gets it!
You’ll definitely want to follow the hashtags #RogueOneEvent and #StarWarsRebelsEvent from December 3rd-5th! We’ll have exclusive photos and interviews with Diego Luna (“Cassian”), Riz Ahmed (“Bodhi”), Director Gareth Edwards, the film’s heroine Felicity Jones (“Jyn”), Ben Mendelsohn (“Krennic”), Donnie Yen (“Chirrut Îmwe”), my personal favorite Alan Tudyk (“K2SO”), and I’ll get to chat again with the amazing Mads Mikkelsen (“Galen”).
We’ll even get to shop a little at the Lucasfilm HQ store – what would you shop for?
After lunch, we’ll chat with “Star Wars Rebels” Executive Producer Dave Filoni!
It All Started With A Mouse: A Very Disney Birthday
We’ll be visiting The Walt Disney Family Museum on likely the most perfect of days – Walt Disney’s birthday! We’ll also screen the premier episode of the new “Mickey and the Roadster Racers”, coming this January to Disney Junior, and chat with producers Rob LaDuca & Mark Seidenberg.
While at the museum, we’ll be treated to a guided walk-through of the “Wish Upon a Star: The Art of Pinocchio” exhibit. Did you know that Disney’s Pinocchio was the second animated film produced by Disney?
Be sure to follow along my exciting adventure by following the hashtags for the event!
