I used to be a smoker; I loved smoking and hated it at the same time, but it was difficult to quit.     This is a great giveaway. I was a smoker for almost 20 years and have been stopped 4 yrs this March. I quit COLD TURKEY!! But honestly my experience wasn’t bad. The first day was a lil crazy but after that I honestly did not think about them. I was like you I loved smoking but hated it at the same time. I am glad to see them coming out with alternatives to real cigarettes. If i win I am giving them to my best friend, whom I am on all the time about stopping..

    I’ve been a smoker for 40 years and I have tried everything. The problem with other smoking cessations was the hand to mouth habit. Everything else did not satisfy this 40 year old habit. I started on the ecigarette on the 12th of this month and I have not had a problem quitting. It has helped tremendously. I’ll probably always want a cigarette at certain times in my life but with the ecigarette I don’t have the urge for long at all. The urge last maybe a minute at most. I puff on the ecigarette and before I know it the urge is gone. It’s great to not smell like cigarettes all the time. My skin looks so much better and I can already tell my heart is not working overtime anymore. I would definitely recommend the ecigarette to anyone trying to quit =D
