Restaurant Review: Emeril’s Tchoup Chop in Orlando, Florida

Tchoup Chop

I love visiting the Orlando area. Perhaps it’s because I’m from northwest Ohio, the land of cornfields, flat land, and restaurants that leave much to be desired. Traveling for me is not only a chance to get away or to create new connections for my blog, but to discover fun places to eat and exciting new dishes that I’ve not tried before. When my son and I recently vacationed in Orlando because of a cancelled class trip, our first meal while staying at Loews Royal Pacific Resort was Emeril’s Tchoup Chop. My son and I were invited to enjoy dinner at Emeril’s Tchoup Chop at no charge so that we could write this post. All opinions remain my own.

Emeril’s Tchoup Chop (pronounced chop-chop) is the second eatery by Emeril Lagasse at Universal Orlando Resort. The name is a nod to New Orleans’ famous Tchoupitoulas Street, where Emeril’s flagship restaurant is located, and the word “chop” – a bold culinary term.

The Perfect Cup Of Coffee Anytime Of Day #CoffeeJourneys #CollectiveBias

collective bias
coffee

Are your mornings anything like mine? Cappuccino, Espresso, Latte, black – however I can get it, I’ll take it. Very rarely am I kidding when I say that I can barely get through my day without that first (maybe even second or third) cup of coffee. My coffee isn’t complicated, but it’s a vital part of my day as a blogger, a mom of a toddler and teen and, lately, as we build a house and plan a wedding. We’ve seen the on-demand streaming giant through many changes, and it’s reported that another price increase will soon be added to their changes. Initially, the $1-$2 price increase will be for new customers only, but the change will eventually affect all customers. This will take place within the next few months, but existing customers won’t see the change for some time.

Naturalizer Partners With Designer David Bromstad

bromstad for naturalizerno paid review
Has anyone seen spring?  I’ve been looking for it, but it’s been really difficult to find. I thought it was here the other day because we had our windows open and the heat off, but by the next day, there was snow on the ground and freezing temperatures. Darn it, we were *this close*. I think I might follow the advice of Walt Disney: “If you can dream it, you can do it.” I’m dreaming of spring and dressing the part with these fun new handbags and shoes from Naturalizer.
